- How does a person become a designated provider?
- Must be at least 18 years and older and must be designated in writing by a patient that has the qualifications. The provider can only provide to one person at a time. - How much medical marijuana can a person have?
-The qualified patient and the provider are allowed to have a 60-day supply of marijuana, which is 24 ounces or 15 plants. The person may get more if they can prove a medical need for it.
